The Boston Legal shocking liberal argument for abortion.
If you ever wondered how a postmodern relativistic mind might say when asked to justify abortion then you should have seen the closing moments of Boston Legal this Monday night. Allen the progressive liberal speaking to Denny a supposed conservative said, “It is very possible that the crime rate has decreased because of abortion in this country. Most babies who have been aborted have come from homes that are poor and troubled.”
I know this is a TV show but someone had to write this CRAP (YES, I SAID IT!). So now, we have stooped to this in our nation? We justify infanticide by supposing that they all would have been criminals. This is so philosophically and theologically absurd that I cannot even imagine the implications of this statement if this is taken into public policy. We have gone beyond aborting babies because of birth defects. Now we abort them to save the world from over population and to eradicate crime! The sad part is that the only moral argument against abortion that the show even entertained was against abortion for the sake of gender selection. Gender selection was sexist against women therefore immoral. But, killing someone for fear that they would be a criminal wasn’t. The lunacy of the progressive liberal agenda will be coming out full blast now. BE PREPARED TO HEAR IT ALL! Grandma is next. She is costing us too much so she needs to be eradicated for the public good. Don’t flatter yourself to believe that attitude is only in Hollywood its in DC also.
